What we are
This website connects homeowners in and around Dover, PA with independent local professionals who work on main water lines. When you call the number here, you reach a call service that listens to your situation and passes your request to a professional who may be able to help.
How we are paid
We may be compensated for connecting calls to the professionals we work with. That payment is how this site is funded. It does not change what you are quoted by the professional, and the advice on these pages is written to be general and useful, not to push a particular job.
Who does the work
All work is performed by independent contractors, not by this website. The professional who comes to your home is responsible for the work, for explaining the options and for the pricing, which should be explained to you before work begins. Any agreement for work is between you and that professional.
What this means for you
- You are never obligated to hire anyone because you called.
- You can ask questions about pricing, method and restoration before agreeing to anything.
- You can compare what you are told with other sources, including your water provider.
- If your problem is outside what the service covers, such as a private well or septic system, you will be told.
For how the service works from first call to finished job, see how it works. For how calls and data are handled, see the privacy policy, and for the rules of using this site, read the terms.
